Immunoassay company based in the UK
My client is about to add a new product production department and wants to speak to candidates who have immunoassay production experience. The successful candidate will be involved in establishing and the running of the department. Initially duties will include the involvement in projects to establish the clinical utility of the tests, establishing production processes and procedures for products. Over a period of time the focus will gradually move to be more production orientated and later on in the project it will be necessary to establish the infrastructure to provide support for customers services to handle complaints and enquiries from customers.
Essential skills required are:
A degree in Biological Sciences/Biochemistry (or equivalent).
Experience of project management (industry or research).
Experience of people management.
Excellent problem solving skills.
To be an excellent team player.
Desirable skills required are:
A relevant PhD (or equivalent).
Knowledge of Immunoassays.
