The content that you are about to post to create a workspace will be viewable by all registered users of BMEplanet and constitutes a "published document" (carrying all the implications pertaining to intellectual property, as described below), unless you specifically choose the "private" visibility option. Therefore, for projects with intellectual property, we strongly advise you to make the workspace “private,” or post only non-enabling content to ensure that only non-confidential information is visible to the BMEplanet community.
By clicking "Create" below, you acknowledge that you are aware of the one-year rule (also known as the one-year grace period or on-sale bar) in patent law and that you should provide only non-enabling details on BMEplanet when creating and using workspaces that are not "private" in order to protect the rights to your invention.
